iTunes for Windows 10

iTunes app for Windows Store not coming before 2018

Apple delays the Windows 10 app until 2018.

We expected the iTunes app in the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 devices by the end of this year, but unfortunately we have to wait more. An Apple spokesperson has just revealed for ZDNet that the deadline could not be met.

Microsoft announced this spring at the BUILD 2017 conference that the iTunes app will surprisingly come to the Windows Store, which would be useful for everyone on the Store-limited version of the platform – Windows 10 S. Any others on the full version of Windows can download the desktop client for iTunes, and start synching content between PC and iOS device.

Apple said that:

“We have been working with Microsoft to deliver the full iTunes experience to our customers and we need a little more time to get it right,”
