Apple seeds the fifth public beta of iOS 11.3 to developers and regular users.
The company yesterday seeded the new iOS 11.3 Beta to developers and public beta testers. IOS 11.3 Beta V comes over a week after the fourth version that brought a number of fixes and performance improvements for iPhone and iPad.
It’s available from the Developer Center or as an OTA update for everyone who installed the proper certificate on their device. As a third major update of iOS 11, it includes not only under the hood changes, but also some visible new features and improvements. We’ve already reported several times about the new Emoji for iPhone X, and the new Health app features that aggregates medical records for an easy at-a-glance view. Like the previous betas of iOS 11.3, this also includes the new Battery Health feature in Settings. It’s created to make the battery management more transparent after the negative opinions on Apple slowing down older phones with degraded cells.
If you are a beta tester, you can try out this version and let us know your experience in the comments section below. Apple is finalizing the iOS 11.3 update for a global release this month on March 20. Stay tuned for all the latest iPhone and iOS news.
