A few days ago, we inform you about the possible changes of the iPhone 13 line-up this year. Today, a source from Japan posted an image of what is believed to be the upcoming design of iPhone 2021. According to Mac Otakara, this is a 3D mockup of the new device based on reliable leaks and supply chain sources, created solely to show us the differences.
The video and images show us the smaller notch cut in the iPhone13. The current notch on iPhone 12 Pro measures in at 5.3 x 34.83 millimeters, while the new cut will be 5.35 x 26.8 mm. This design is possible thanks to the repositioning of the FaceID module, an earpiece moving up, and a front camera moving left, the source claims. All of the current generation of iPhones have cameras at the right of the notch.
Aside the visual changes above, the company is also expected to introduce some minor design and hardware changes to the back camera module, and offer a new display working at 120Hz.
