New public iOS beta released for beta testers. Apple is rolling out the fourth beta of iOS 11.3, available for both public testers and developers as an OTA update. Right after the official 11.2.5 update became available for everyone, Apple launched the first beta of its upcoming iOS 11.3 update planned for the spring.
