Only iPhone 8 will pack 2GB.
Apple is unveiling three new iPhones tomorrow, but we already know almost everything about the iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Following the news about the Face ID interface for iPhone X, we can now confirm the RAM specs and the camera details of the models.
According to an iOS developer, Apple’s iPhone 8 will offer 2GB of RAM, while the other two models, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X, will both pack 3GB. As a reference, the current iPhone line also features 2GB and 3GB.

There are also tidbits about the camera technology for iPhone X. The top-end OLED model will offer a 12-megapixel main camera that supports 4k video recording at 60fps, and Full HD at 240fps. The front camera will be 7MP, supporting fullHD video at 30 fps.
Additionally, we learn that the processor in iPhone X / Edition will include six cores – two for high-intensive tasks and four energy efficient.
Apple will officially present iPhone X and the other new models at an event tomorrow.
